Winchester Addition
The addition to this Winchester home consisted of a new family room and kids playroom, with a master bedroom suite above.
The entry foyer was opened up to the living an dining to allow for a new stair newels and balustrade. A space that was originally built as a single car garage is now re-purposed as a new mudroom and laundry. The existing space adjacent to the kitchen is now a sunny breakfast room, configured to allow for a built-in china hutch and space for a pantry closet. The most recent, phase 2 renovation included reconfiguring the existing kitchen to create a more open space.
