Acton Renovation

The owners of this colonial revival home in Acton wanted to add a third bay to their garage but also wanted additional space for entertaining guests. Instead of adding on an additional front facing garage bay, we converted the existing  garage into a new great room.  A new sun room with fireplace and french doors was added, as well as a new three bay garage.  The new garage doors were turned away from the street to give the house a more inviting appeal.
